Janine M. Martin

Janine Martin is a principal in the firm of Hammond and Shinners, P.C. Her practice focuses on traditional labor and employee benefits law, representing labor unions in the St. Louis metropolitan area, as well as union pension and welfare funds. Ms. Martin also handles bankruptcy matters for the firm’s clients.

EDUCATION

Ms. Martin received a B.A. in 1987 from Tulane University, graduating cum laude. She received her J.D. in 1990 from Tulane University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude and Order of the Coif. She served as Editor in Chief of the Tulane Law Review from 1989-1990.

BAR ADMISSIONS

Ms. Martin has been admitted to the New Mexico (1991) and Missouri (1995) State Bars, and to numerous federal district, bankruptcy and appellate courts.
